Cheryl Esposito has been hosting an internet radio program called Leading Conversations for several years, featuring thought leaders in the area of organization transformation and development. Recently I appeared on her program and shared insights about the process of writing Visual Meetings, the impact of visual language on meetings and organizations, and what it means to work with a full range of visual styles–as mirrored in the Graphic Language Keyboard.

Gordon Rudow, founder of Bonfire Communications, interviewed his mentor David Sibbet recently on his Webmaster Radio Show, Fired Up. Gordon wanted David to share his responses to the current economic turmoil and how organizations are and might respond. He also invited David to share some practical take-aways about how organizations can support a learning orientation in their cultures. It’s a half hour interview. Sit tight through the over-the-top intro music and rah rah framing. Gordon is a serious student of organizational dynamics and valued part of the Grove network of collaboration oriented consulting firms.

Kare Anderson was a Coro Fellow back in the 1970s when David Sibbet was directing the San Francisco Center. They’ve been tracking each other since. She wrote a little homage to David on her wonderful “From Me to We” blog, netting in perspectives on how everyone can be more collaborative. Enjoy this post and explore all the other ones at From Me to We.
