Gordon Rudow, founder of Bonfire Communications, interviewed his mentor David Sibbet recently on his Webmaster Radio Show, Fired Up. Gordon wanted David to share his responses to the current economic turmoil and how organizations are and might respond. He also invited David to share some practical take-aways about how organizations can support a learning orientation in their cultures. It’s a half hour interview.
