Graphic Recording Featured in The San Francisco Chronicle

A colleague of ours, Lynn Carruthers, was featured this week in the San Francisco Chronicle talking about her experiences as a graphic recorder.

Here is a portion of the article:

I work for a local consulting firm, Global Business Network. I was the assistant to the chairman, Peter Schwartz, for eight years. And then one day one of my colleagues who had seen a graphic recorder said, “There’s this thing out there. You ought to look into it.”

I thought, “What can I lose?” So I took a two-day class at the Grove, a consultancy in the Presidio where graphic recording was developed by the founder David Sibbet. The next week Peter had a job at Motorola. He said, “You want to come with me and do that paper thing?” and off it started. I’ve been recording eight years.
